History

They Boxcar Children originally were orphans that lived in an abandoned boxcar. Their grandfather, James Henry Alden, found them and adopted them.they continue solving mysteries.

Henry Alden

Henry Alden is the oldest brother. He often is the only sibling smart enough to solve the many mundane mysteries that are present in the series.

Jessie Alden

The oldest sister. In most of the books, she is twelve years old, but acts older. She is 12.

Violet Alden

The younger sister. She is ten years old. She is a wonderful artist. But is very shy around people.

Benny Alden

The youngest brother. He is six years old.He is also funer with his ideas.
